Referral Program Rules

  • HireBasis manually reviews all referrals
  • HireBasis may approve or decline referrals at its discretion
  • Payouts are only issued after a completed qualified consultation call
  • Duplicate referrals are not eligible for multiple payouts.
  • The first approved referral for a company receives credit.
  • No payout is owed for no-shows, fake companies, inactive hiring needs, or unqualified contacts.
  • Referral partners may not misrepresent HireBasis or send spam.
  • HireBasis may remove referral partners from the program for abuse
